- Fragarixies
- Fra.ga.rix.ie n., pl. -rix.ies, 1. The word is a portmanteau of the words "Fragaria" and "pixie". These pixies live in the forest and grow strawberries. Their height is one and a half inches at most, they have insect wings. They can be found up in the crowns of the trees, in their houses stuck to the trunks. Their houses are woven from blades of grass, and are shaped like big raindrops.

Strawberry soup without cooking
Pixie Granny
I make this delicious soup from the first crop of the season every year. The Fragarixies really like it. It's really easy to make, you can even try it yourself!
Here's what you'll need:
5 small cups of corn, rice, or coconut milk
50 strawberries
honey and pollen
2 small cups of vegetal cream
Clean, rinse and slice the strawberries. Mash half of the strawberries to a pulp, and save the other half for later. Mix the milk and the crushed strawberries. Add cream to the mixture until you reach the desired thickness, and honey if required. Then add the strawberry pieces you saved earlier. Cool it for half an hour. Finally, decorate it by sprinkling some pollen on top.

Yesterday, I was searching among the ancient Fragarixie scrolls for a strawberry cake recipe, when I came across one, which I have never seen before. A strange plan, it contained. With some research I managed to identify it as a pattern for making a model of a strawberry out of paper! I thought you'd find it interesting, so here it is...
